Job summary

Aloft Abu Dhabi is seeking front desk professionals to manage guest check-in/check-out, verify identities and payments, and issue room keys. The role emphasizes accurate account setup, billing, and daily reporting while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will assist management in training staff, balance daily cash, and respond to guest requests, maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room and activating/issuing room key.
• Balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as role model and open-door policy.
