Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Senior Guest Services Executive (Night) to lead the night team and ensure seamless guest service. The role focuses on maintaining high standards during night hours and coordinating with the entire Front Office to deliver exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in Front Office operations with supervisory experience, fluency in English, and a hospitality background.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian).
• High School Diploma required; hospitality qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Front Office team during the night shift, ensuring smooth and professional guest service.
• Handle overnight guest requests, complaints, emergencies, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, room status, and special guest requirements to ensure accurate overnight operations.
• Complete night audit procedures, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure a clear and comprehensive handover to the morning team, highlighting important incidents and guest requirements.
