Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking an Executive Lounge Senior Guest Services Executive to lead the Executive Lounge team and deliver exceptional personalized service for our discerning guests. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Executive Lounge, or Guest Relations operations.
• High School Diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Executive Lounge operations, guest service standards, and hotel systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Additional languages required (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Lounge team to deliver exceptional and personalized service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring compliance with service standards, cleanliness, presentation, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and support team members through ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with VIP, suite, and repeat guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a consistently personalized service experience.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure service quality, adherence to policies, and compliance with hospitality standards across all front desk functions.
