Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxury resort in Dubai seeking a Guest Services Executive – Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site. You will manage check-ins, payments, room allocations, and reservations with a guest-centric approach.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus experience in a 5-star property, and proficiency with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office are preferred. You will work in a multicultural team and have opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Italian languages.
• One or two years of experience in a luxury 5-star property; UAE experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processing, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Process guest payments, billing inquiries, and cash/credit transactions securely.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, managing special requests.
• Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and confirmations per hotel policy.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
• Promote hotel services and amenities during guest interactions, upselling where appropriate.
