Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, F&B.
• Handle special requests such as transportation and dining reservations.
• Resolve minor guest complaints and escalate complex issues.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
