Jumeirah Beach Hotel invites a proactive Duty Manager to join our Front Office Team in Dubai. You will supervise operations, conduct room inspections, and coordinate across departments to uphold our luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Guest Services/Front Office, a hospitality degree, and strong English plus MS Office skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our global network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Guest Services/Front Office within luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field from an accredited university.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Front Office applications.
• Proficiency in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations to align with service standards.
• Conduct room inspections for availability and standards.
• Coordinate activities to improve departmental cooperation and service.
• Attend daily briefings and meetings to disseminate information.
• Manage booking situations including overbooking scenarios.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby/entrance with Housekeeping.
