Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of Guest Relations and Front Office experience, with potential supervisory exposure.
• High School Diploma required; Hospitality Diploma/Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest arrivals/departures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are advantageous.
