Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations Executive to deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests and members. You will manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests while maintaining top-tier service standards in a luxury setting.

You will also promote health club programs, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate guest data and smooth front office operations to uphold safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office in luxury hospitality or wellness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and members; handle inquiries, reservations and service requests.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards; proactively resolve guest concerns for a positive experience.
• Manage membership processes including inquiries, registrations, renewals and cancellations with accurate records.
• Promote and upsell health club services, programs, and memberships to maximize guest engagement and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest journeys.
• Ensure front office operations comply with health, safety and service standards.
