We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El‑Ain, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure our products are displayed in the most effective way.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends
• Create attractive product displays that meet brand standards and drive sales
• Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions and special offers
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
• Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
• Regularly visit stores to ensure product displays are properly set up and maintained

Compensation
