Job summary

A leading MEP contractor in the GCC is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of electricians, AC technicians, and plumbers. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience and strong leadership skills to ensure successful installation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include supervising the team, ensuring compliance with standards, and reporting on site activities. A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical (HVAC) is required along with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP works.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the MEP team.
• Plan installation and repair of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
