Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Foreman with Civil Experiences and Airport knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both MEP works and civil engineering with previous experience working on airport projects. The role will involve overseeing the installation maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems on construction sites as well as coordinating with the civil engineering team to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of MEP works on construction sites.
• Coordinate with the civil engineering team to ensure integration of MEP systems with the overall construction project.
• Plan and schedule work activities, assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the construction site and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of materials, labor and equipment used on the project.
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman preferably with experience in civil engineering and airport projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality workmanship.
• Valid UAE drivers license.
• Must be willing to work on‑site and in various locations within the UAE.
