Responsibilities

• Develop manage and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural structural and civil disciplines.
• Ensure clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
• Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to facilitate smooth BIM integration.
• Maintain BIM standards templates and workflows for MEP systems.
• Generate shop drawings as-built models and detailed MEP documentation.
• Conduct BIM model audits quality checks and compliance reviews.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM team members.
• Stay updated on BIM advancements industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Expertise in Revit MEP AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of clash detection MEP coordination and construction documentation.
