Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or agency partnerships with strong omnichannel understanding.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem including performance marketing and catalog/app/search advertising.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, translating data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for your book within the Commerce pod with quarterly and YoY growth.
• Build annual/quarterly account plans mapping growth levers by brand, market, funnel stage, and product.
• Negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals with ROI-backed outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day health of your book: pacing, forecasting, and pipeline with action plans.
• Drive adoption of TikTok solutions including Smart+ and GenAI tools with measurable client outcomes.
• Lead alphas/betas with clients as benchmark tests and scale proven results across verticals.
• Maintain C-suite relationships through regular business reviews and in-market visits.
• Shape regional go-to-market for MENA and identify cross-border commerce opportunities on TikTok Shop.
