Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced marketer to handle regional activations across MENA, based out of Dubai. You will plan, execute, and measure high‑impact campaigns, events, experiences, and client‑facing initiatives that drive commercial growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing roles, strong event management, and proven ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes. A hands‑on marketer with regional context is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, or regional marketing roles.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English
• Proven experience activating marketing campaigns in MENA (not limited to Dubai)
• Strong experience managing events, client experiences, supplier relationships, production partners, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing activations across MENA, including events, experiences, roundtables, client engagements, workshops, sponsorships, and bespoke programs.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of client‑facing events and experiences with planning, supplier management, and post‑event reporting.
• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers, agencies, production partners, venues, freelancers across markets.
• Measure the effectiveness of activations and report on business impact with clear KPIs (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, ROI).
• Collaborate with sales, strategy, analytics to connect marketing to commercial outcomes.
