Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced marketer to lead regional activations across the MENA region from Dubai. The role focuses on planning, executing, and measuring high‑impact campaigns, events, and client initiatives that drive commercial growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing roles, Arabic and English proficiency, and proven experience activating campaigns in MENA. Collaboration with sales and analytics is essential to demonstrate ROI and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, field marketing, event marketing, brand activations, experiential or regional marketing roles.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English is required for the MENA market.
• Experience activating marketing campaigns in MENA (not limited to Dubai).
• Strong experience managing events, client experiences, supplier relationships, production partners, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing activations across MENA including events, experiences, roundtables, client engagements, workshops, sponsorships, and bespoke marketing programs.
• Translate regional business priorities into marketing initiatives that drive new client acquisition, expansion, and deeper engagement with strategic accounts.
• Own end-to-end execution of client-facing events and experiences from concept to post-event reporting.
• Identify, onboard and manage suppliers, agencies, production partners, venues, freelancers and other external partners across markets.
• Measure effectiveness of activations, report on business impact, define KPIs and connect marketing to commercial outcomes.
