Job summary

TikTok is seeking a commercially-driven Partnerships Manager based in Dubai to own and accelerate the Consumer/CPG business across Morocco and Egypt. You will manage direct brand advertisers in Morocco and oversee reseller partnerships in Egypt, driving revenue growth and expanding TikTok's share of wallet.

The role requires strong commercial instincts, deep FMCG/CPG knowledge, and the ability to negotiate with procurement teams while engaging stakeholders across client and agency landscapes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, business development or commercial account management.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a significant book of business, consistently delivering revenue targets and expanding strategic accounts.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: analyze client needs, work with complex data, and translate analytics into marketing narratives.
• Communication: French and Arabic language proficiency alongside English for North Africa market and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and commercial strategy for strategic Consumer/CPG clients in Morocco/Egypt, delivering against quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Manage and grow the reseller partnership in Egypt for the consumer business, ensuring strong performance and joint growth planning.
• Develop account plans to unlock incremental budget and new categories, expanding TikTok's share of wallet
• Build relationships from Marketing Manager to CMO level, and lead commercial negotiations — annual planning, joint business plans, incentives — both directly and through the reseller.
• Act as a strategic advisor using deep knowledge of TikTok Ads, measurement and creative solutions, grounding recommendations in clients' business economics and ROI expectations.
• Lead executive business reviews, develop repeatable playbooks, and partner with Client Solutions, Product and Measurement teams to maintain strong pipeline discipline across direct and reseller-managed business.
