Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced marketer to lead regional activations across the MENA region, based out of Dubai. The role requires hands-on planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns, events, and client-focused initiatives that drive commercial growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, strong event management experience, and proficiency in Arabic and English, with a track record in MENA campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, or regional marketing roles.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English.
• Proven experience activating marketing campaigns in MENA (not limited to Dubai).
• Strong experience managing events, client experiences, supplier relationships, production partners, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of regional marketing activations across MENA, including events, experiences, roundtables, client engagements, workshops, sponsorships, and bespoke programs.
• Translate regional business priorities into marketing initiatives to drive new client acquisition, client expansion, and deeper engagement with strategic accounts.
• Build activation plans that are commercially relevant, locally resonant, and aligned with broader objectives.
• Partner with internal teams to identify client opportunities and design activations that support pipeline growth, revenue.
• Own end-to-end execution of client-facing events and experiences, from concept to post-event reporting.
• Define measurable success frameworks with clear KPIs and track ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, strategy, analytics to connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes.
