A global biotechnology company is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead GCC to drive medical strategy across multiple therapy areas in the Gulf region. This role demands a scientifically driven leader with over 10 years in medical affairs, ideally with experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors. The candidate will be responsible for shaping strategic partnerships, overseeing clinical research, and leading a team of medical professionals to enhance patient access to innovative therapies. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

The Medical Affairs Lead GCC will play a critical role in shaping and executing the medical strategy across multiple therapy areas and markets. Reporting into the Regional Medical Director you will lead a team of medical professionals, build strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and ensure the successful launch positioning and lifecycle management of innovative therapies across the Gulf region.
This is a highly strategic and visible leadership position that requires deep scientific expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to influence across complex stakeholder networks from regulatory bodies and payers to key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
