Job summary

Fendahl CTRM International seeks a senior MEA Sales Manager to scale our enterprise software presence across the Middle East and Africa. You will lead market entry, strategic account development, and partner channel growth in a high-growth region.

The role requires a seasoned software sales professional with CTRM/ERP or trading tech experience, a strong regional network, and a proven ability to close complex contracts. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a bonus.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
Background in CTRM, ERP, trading systems, commodities platforms, or related enterprise technology.
Strong network in Middle East and/or African energy and commodity sectors.
Experience selling into government-backed or large enterprise environments.
Proven record of closing complex, high-value contracts.
Strong cross-cultural negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic a bonus but not essential).

Responsibilities

Drive MEA regional revenue growth.
Develop market entry strategies for priority countries.
Identify and close enterprise-level opportunities.
Build relationships with energy majors, commodity traders, and state-backed entities.
Establish and manage distributor or SI partnerships.
Lead complex negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.
Provide regional intelligence to inform product and market strategy.
