Job summary

UiPath seeks a senior MEA sales leader to oversee the MEA Sales organization with pan-EMEA and global responsibilities. You will work with large enterprises across the globe, engaging C-level executives and business leaders to deliver measurable value and strong revenue growth.

You will analyse territory potential, develop revenue strategies, and evangelise our solutions through a value-based selling approach while building trusted partner relationships and guiding customers to successful

Responsibilities

• Analyse the territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule.
• Evangelise UiPath's brand by presenting promoting and selling our solutions using a value selling approach.
• Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
• Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities.
• Partner with the CSM group to ensure customers receive maximum value and expeditious issue resolution.
• Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer needs.
