Job summary

MBR Partners is recruiting for a Sales Director MEA - BSS Solutions for a high-growth telecoms software business delivering OSS/BSS offerings such as billing, self-service, interconnect, inventory, and charging.

You will lead and develop the MEA sales pipeline using operator contacts, networks, events, and outbound campaigns; manage bids, run presentations, and collaborate with Presales to deliver demonstrations. Over time, build a regional sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience with BSS/OSS applications used by telecom operators.
• Strong MS Office skills and awareness of project management.
• Ability to adapt to changing information and maintain objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend trade shows and events to generate opportunities.
• Lead development and solution selling for MEA region.
• Present and run workshops to demonstrate solutions.
• Contribute to bid preparation and commercial awareness.
• Pipeline management and reporting, with Presales collaboration.
• Over time, establish a new sales presence in the region.
