Netwrix Corporation in the UAE is seeking a high-ambition enterprise software sales leader to own a strategic territory across the UAE and GCC. You will build and close multi-million dollar deals through direct outreach, partner collaborations, and executive networking, while coordinating with distributors, MSSPs and integrators.

You will drive the full sales cycle, manage a robust MEA network, and forecast pipeline using Salesforce, reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years enterprise software sales with a vendor.
• Track record of overachieving 2M–5M+ quotas and closing deals >1M.
• Strong MEA cybersecurity and IT channel network.
• Knowledge of Active Directory security, identity governance and DLP.
• Familiarity with UAE PDPL, GDPR, NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Fluent English and Arabic; willing to travel MEA.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a territory plan for the UAE and GCC.
• Build pipeline through direct outreach, partner collaboration and executive networking.
• Lead full sales cycle end-to-end on deals above $1M.
• Work with distributors, VARs, MSSPs and system integrators on co-sell opportunities.
• Partner with pre-sales, marketing and customer success to win deals.
• Forecast accurately and report pipeline status via Salesforce.
