Qualifications

• Experience in B2B enterprise software, ERP, cloud solutions, or consultative technology sales.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect business challenges with technology value and communicate that value clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
• Professional English communication skills; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and comfort working across cultures in a regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for YonBIP enterprise solutions, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across target industries.
• Understand customer business priorities and coordinate with solution, product, and delivery teams to shape relevant proposals.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, proposals, presentations, and opportunity updates for management review.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on leads, meetings, and active opportunities.
• Represent Yonyou MEA professionally at customer meetings, partner activities, and relevant industry events.
