Job summary

MoEngage in Dubai seeks an experienced Solutions Consultant to own the MEA and Africa’s largest, most technical enterprise evaluations. You’ll blend value selling with architectural storytelling, guiding customers from discovery through to detailed proofs of concept and security reviews.

You’ll mentor peers, shape regional strategy, and drive strategic opportunities with Sales leadership. You will lead complex multi-stakeholder engagements, demonstrate MoEngage’s platform and AI decisioning in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or related role with multi-stakeholder enterprise sales experience.
• Able to articulate business value and map it to IT outcomes across large organizations.
• Comfort presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders and managing multi-week evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for large, complex enterprise evaluations across MEA.
• Identify and build value cases not yet recognized by prospects across data, systems, and journeys.
• Lead discovery and solution design for environments with legacy systems and multi-entity ownership.
• Demonstrate MoEngage architecture and AI decisioning to deliver value with detailed technical rationale.
• Design and lead technical validations, proofs of concept, and security/compliance reviews.
• Mentor other Solutions Consultants and share discovery/objection handling best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on account strategy and regional opportunities.
• Create reusable enterprise-grade assets like reference architectures and RFP responses.
• Represent MoEngage in senior/executive conversations and industry events.
