Job summary

Planon is expanding rapidly across the Middle East & Africa and seeks a Partner Sales Manager to drive new business growth through strategic partners and system integrators. The role focuses on revenue generation, opening opportunities, and closing complex enterprise software deals with partners while working across MEA to optimize business operations using Planon’s software.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, EAM, IWMS, workplace, real estate, asset management, facilities management, or comparable enterprise software solutions.
Proven success building and closing new business opportunities.
Experience selling through or alongside partners, resellers, system integrators.
Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a new business pipeline across MEA through partners and system integrators.
Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities jointly with partners and act as a trusted co-selling counterpart.
Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
Generate demand through direct prospecting, networking, and market outreach with partner ecosystems.
Work with enterprise customers and partners to position business-critical software solutions that deliver long-term value.
