Job summary

Ventures Middle East is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Ventures Onsite, a construction industry data platform. The role focuses on selling the MEA Construction Projects Data Base and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities include market analysis, strategy development, client targeting, and collaboration with marketing, product development and customer service to support growth and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and client needs in construction/infrastructure
• Proficiency with CRM software and other business tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsite market presence
• Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development efforts
• Track and report on business development activities and market trends
