Ener Mech seeks a commercially driven Head of Business Development - Middle East to lead regional growth across Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Energy Solutions, and Lifting Solutions. You will drive revenue, manage strategic accounts, and shape the ME market strategy, partnering with operations and leadership to deliver sustainable expansion.

The role requires strong relationship-building with senior customers, deep market insight, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East business development strategy across Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Energy Solutions, and Lifting Solutions
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, new customer acquisition, and increased share of existing customer spend
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across priority markets and sectors
• Lead strategic account development, building senior-level customer relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities across all three business lines
• Maintain a strong regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM management, and opportunity progression
• Lead major commercial opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract award
• Develop market intelligence and monitor customer, competitor, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities
• Work closely with technical, operational, commercial, and business unit teams to develop differentiated customer solutions
• Represent Ener Mech with key customers, industry bodies, conferences, and strategic market forums
• Provide leadership and direction to the regional business development function, promoting collaboration and consistent commercial practices
• Support strategic partnerships, frameworks, market-entry initiatives, and other opportunities that support long-term regional growth
• Report on pipeline, revenue opportunities, strategic accounts, and market development to regional leadership
