Job summary

Ventures Onsite, a product by Ventures Middle East, is a subscription-based platform providing detailed information on construction projects. The Business Development Manager will sell the MEA Construction Projects Data Base to the construction industry and aim to meet or exceed the assigned quota.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business development or sales in construction/infrastructure sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in construction/infrastructure.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsite market presence.
Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas.
Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support business development.
Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
