Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a commercially driven Head of Business Development - Middle East to lead regional growth across Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Energy Solutions, and Lifting Solutions. You will develop and execute a ME strategy, identify opportunities, expand key accounts, and collaborate with operations, technical, and commercial leaders to convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

The role requires strong leadership, market intelligence, and a track record of revenue growth

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing strategic growth plans.
• Proven ability to manage major accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, operations, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East business development strategy across three business lines.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and new customer acquisition.
• Lead strategic account development and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain a robust regional pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
• Represent EnerMech with customers, industry bodies, and at market forums.
