Seeking Secondary Mathematics Teacher for Sharjah, Aug '26 Start

Secondary Mathematics Teacher – Start Date: August 2026. Curriculum: IB MYP / IB DP / Australian. Salary: Competitive and tax free, dependent on experience. Contract: 2 years.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to teach Mathematics across the Secondary School. Experience delivering engaging, concept-driven mathematics lessons and developing strong problem‑solving and inquiry skills aligned with the IB MYP and/or IB DP frameworks is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Applicants must be qualified teachers, holding degree-level certification in Mathematics and QTS or equivalent. You should have at least 2 years of post‑qualification teaching experience in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, USA or Canada.

Experience teaching IB MYP and/or IB Diploma Programme Mathematics is highly desirable.

Australian curriculum experience is highly sought after; however, teachers with alternative curriculum experience who can evidence excellent teaching practice are also encouraged to apply.

Previous international teaching experience is welcomed. Previous EAL teaching experience is also highly desirable.
