We’re recruiting an experienced 'Marketing Specialist' to join a well-known multi-equipment company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multi-sector equipment company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With a strong presence across diverse industries, the company supplies a wide range of high-quality equipment and solutions tailored to the needs of construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Market Mapping: Recommend brand and assortment mix, distribution models, pricing strategies, and investment priorities to align with business objectives
  • ATL & BTL Activities: Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of demand-generating initiatives and brand-building campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Take full ownership of the Perfect Store Program, including capex investments, merchandising strategies, visibility enhancements, and assortment optimization
  • Campaigns & Promotions: Plan, implement, track, and evaluate marketing campaigns. Deliver regular performance reports, including web analytics and KPI assessments, to measure effectiveness
  • Trade Fairs & Events: Ensure seamless organization of trade shows and events by coordinating planning, execution, and facilitation. Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and venue partners to deliver impactful participation
  • Digital & Social Media: Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms and define engagement strategies. Develop and publish quality content to strengthen brand presence online
  • Budget & Reporting: Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget. Conduct monthly analysis of sell-out data and provide insights to the team. Present detailed close-out reports for new launches, activations, and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in exhibition planning, product seminars, and trade shows, along with implementing marketing plans, designing and maintaining posters, brochures, letterheads, business cards, signboards, publications, presentations, and handling digital marketing activities
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Valid UAE Driving License
