  • Develop and lead integrated marketing program strategies, including Account-Based Marketing for top-tier accounts and broader campaigns for other segments
  • Serve as the internal market expert, understanding customer challenges, competitive dynamics, and market trends to guide program design
  • Coordinate planning and execution with sales, product, content, digital, and field marketing teams to ensure alignment and program effectiveness
  • Define content needs and messaging focus for campaigns, collaborating with product marketing and content teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives
  • Oversee the rollout and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels including web, email, social, and events
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize results
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing and tiered account strategies
  • Experience marketing hardware, deep-tech, or complex technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales and product teams to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in physics, engineering, or related technical field is advantageous
  • Strong ability to learn complex scientific and technical concepts quickly and apply them to marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and cross‑functional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and experience defining and tracking KPIs
