Qualifications

  • Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment.
  • L&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps.
  • Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

Role Overview

Talents Tide is supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced Manager – Training to lead the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key strategic part in supporting organizational objectives through effective training interventions and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps
  • Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
  • Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
  • Coach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams
  • Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports
  • Lead onboarding and employee orientation programs
  • Leverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
  • Drive employee engagement through learning and development initiatives

  • Training plan, budget, and calendar delivery
  • Training effectiveness and return on investment
  • Participation and completion rates
