Job summary

The successful candidate will manage inspections, audit quality systems, and coordinate training needs with department heads. Strong experience in quality assurance practices is essential for this role, which includes the preparation of QC plans and conducting inspections on-site.

• ResponsibleforSobhainingacademyensuring employeestrainingandassessment.
• Ensuring/policingqualitycontrolparametersaremonitoredwiththeSobhaHartlandsitepremises.
• Responsibleforauditingof qualitysystemforalldepartments.
• Identifytrainingneedsinformthedepartmentheadsandcoordinatewiththeappropriatefunctionsfor fulfillingthetrainingrequirements.
• ActivelyparticipatinginQ& Tbriefingsandmeetings.
• ToprepareaQCPlan andensureimplementationduringtheproject
• Decide how often/at stages inspection is to be carried out as per inspection and test plan incoordinationwithclient/consultant.
• Agreesubcontractorqualityplanwithsubcontractorandensurethecompliancewithsubcontractorqualityplans.
• Prepare inspection checklist for each major trade (to be submitted along with the methodstatementifapplicable).
• Carry out site walk together with project team on regular basis. Where required prepare listofdefectiveworksandissuesuchobservationstotheconcernedpersonincharge/appropriatesubcontractorwhereasignificantofrecurringnon-conformanceintermsofmaterialworkmanshiporperformance isidentified.
• Issue a non-conformance report (if any deviations) to the site team/sub-contractor andmaintaina log ofsuch non-conformance.
• Ensure/conductrandom inspectionofmaterialsdeliveredtosite.
• InchargeofcentralizedQA/QClaboratory.
• Ensure all tests are carried out as per specification or as agreed with the client/ consultant.
