Job Overview

The Manager – Employee Services HR Operations is a senior-level, full-time position based in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR systems. The role ensures data accuracy, policy adherence, seamless employee experience, and compliance with ISO standards and UAE labor laws.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in HR Operations of which 7 years in same or similar job
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and HR audits
  • Exposure to HR digitization tools (MS PowerApps, PMS platforms such as Synergita preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration
  • Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer HRMS data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and 100% compliance
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding operations, including documentation and employee communication, exit discussions and similar.
  • Assist in handling employee terminations and separations
  • Coordinate repatriation/relocation arrangements in collaboration with relevant HR team members.
  • Document all HR policies, procedures, and process workflows in line with ISO requirements – in case of any changes in the company policy or applicable country law.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR process manuals and SOPs (only in case of any changes in process)
  • Support internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary cases in line with company policy
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance meetings when required
  • Prepare investigation reports, findings, and recommendations for appropriate actions
  • Support employee confirmations, HR Connects, and engagement touchpoints.
  • Issue HR letters related to employee relations and conduct management.
  • Process Salary Revision Forms (SRF) for New Joinees and Salary Increments as per internal company salary scale and parity.
  • Ensure accuracy of salary and benefits data in HRMS
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance for timely salary-related actions
  • Support digitization of HR processes, workflows, and forms via MS PowerApps (for MRF’s) – reviewing the MRF’s raised at the HR Verification stage that the position and grade align as per the requisition raised.
  • Assist in implementation and enhancement of HR systems and tools
  • Support goal setting and performance management processes (PMS) via Synergita during the appraisal cycle.
  • Create and update Salary Increment letters and releases
  • Support internal transfers and role movements.
