Overview

Student Accommodation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Accommodation Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our student housing facilities in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in property management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of student housing facilities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the smooth operation of the facilities
  • Ensure all units are properly maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly
  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease agreements
  • Handle resident concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Monitor rent payments and enforce late fees when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all resident information and financial transactions
  • Create a welcoming community atmosphere for our students
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in property management or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations preferred
  • Fluent in English
