Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all factory equipment and facilities.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely and effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Evaluate and procure tools, equipment and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history and performance metrics.
• Implement initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance efficiency and extend the lifecycle of equipment.
• Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team to develop their technical expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
• 8 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in the construction or precast manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automation systems used in construction factories.
• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.
