You will mentor staff, recruit top talents, ensure SOP adherence, and optimize operations while promoting a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in fashion and current trends.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and represent the brand and its values with customers and team.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships and create future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors and share feedback with back-office teams.
• Think hybrid by leveraging all types of sales channels online and offline.
• Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store directions.
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents.
• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness.
• Coach team members and promote growth through available learning tools.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented.
• Develop the omnichannel mindset across touchpoints of customer experience.
• Use clienteling techniques with VIPs and leverage data to cater to needs and preferences.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
