Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, representing L'Occitane's values in customer and team interactions.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment and relay feedback to Regional Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage VIP guest relationships to build loyalty.
• Handle feedback and complaints with timely, professional resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and stock replenishment.
• Support store operations including staffing, shop floor coverage and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, policies and safety standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with regional and back-office teams.
• Support store projects and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Leverage clienteling tools to strengthen relationships and post-purchase experiences.
