Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within luxury beauty brands.
- Experience in leading a team of beauty advisors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Arabic language would be a benefit for this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive the business by achieving sales targets and KPIs; lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Provide a clear vision to the team and recruit, develop and retain talent.
- Cultivate an omnichannel customer experience, integrating physical and digital touchpoints.
- Ensure adherence to policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines; optimize stock and displays.
- Foster a positive work environment and coach team members for growth.
