Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within luxury beauty brands.
• Experience in leading a team of beauty advisors
• Excellent communication skills
• Arabic language would be a benefit for this role

Responsibilities

• Drive the store business by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the beauty team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Elevate customer experience through omnichannel strategies across online and offline touchpoints.
• Ensure operational excellence, policy adherence, stock/display standards and smooth store operations.
