Chalhoub Group is seeking a store leader for a luxury beauty brand in Dubai. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, nurture VIP relationships and coach a high-performing team to deliver strong sales results.

You will maintain premium visual standards, manage stock and daily operations, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement promotional initiatives while leveraging clienteling tools for enhanced client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, preferably within luxury beauty or skincare.
• Spa experience, given the store’s spa offering.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team, supporting development and store performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, representing the brand values in customer and team interactions.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment and communicate feedback to the Regional Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage VIP relationships to strengthen loyalty.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally with timely resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, grooming and stock replenishment.
• Support daily operations: staffing, floor coverage, stock movement tracking and audits.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, policies, and safety standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with regional teams.
• Contribute to store projects, promotions, and events to drive sales and engagement.
• Utilize digital tools and clienteling platforms to enhance in-store and post-purchase experience.
