• Experience in leading a team of beauty advisors.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store business and achieve sales targets.
• Build loyalty among VIP customers and recruit/retain them.
• Lead and develop the store team, ensure brand guidelines and store processes are followed.
• Manage omnichannel customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Oversee operations, stock, VM standards and compliance with HR policies.
