Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Supervisor in Dubai to lead store operations, drive sales, and build a loyal VIP customer base. You will manage a team, uphold brand guidelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.

The role requires expertise in fashion retail, talent development, and CRM-driven selling, with a focus on delivering strong KPIs while maintaining brand standards and store processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Leader.
• Experience with managing a team within fashion retail.
• Strong experience in growing talent.
• Knowledge of fashion, runways and trends regionally and globally.
• Professional, friendly and people-driven.
• Experience achieving strong sales, returning clientele and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Drive the business by leading brand representation and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Define and monitor the store action plan; manage customer database for loyalty and future selling opportunities.
• Lead, recruit, develop and retain strong talents; foster a positive, fair work environment.
• Promote omnichannel mindset and clienteling; leverage data to cater to VIP customers.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed; manage stock, displays and store operations.
