Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within luxury beauty brands.
• Experience in leading a team of beauty advisors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Arabic language would be a benefit for this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store business by achieving sales targets and KPI; build VIP customer base.
• Provide clear vision, recruit and develop talent, and promote growth within the team.
• Develop omnichannel customer experience by integrating in-store and digital touchpoints, including clienteling for VIPs.
• Ensure policies, stock, and store operations comply with brand guidelines and safety standards.
