Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in delivering world-class cuisine and overseeing operations to the highest standards. The role requires leadership, strong hygienic discipline, and the ability to coordinate across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering with at least 5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or Michelin-star setting. We offer a tax-free salary in AED and extensive benefits.

• Minimum 5 years' professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in luxury hotels or Michelin-star environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef de Cuisine to lead and organize kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation across areas under your jurisdiction.
• Maintain adequate stocks of working materials and coordinate inter-department needs.
• Train and motivate staff to perform to the highest standards of service.
• Enforce set service standard procedures and oversee staff performance.
