Kerzner International's Atlantis The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef, Specialty to assist the Chef de Cuisine in delivering high-end Western cuisine in a high-volume luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international hotel group.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar Sous Chef role.
• Experience in high-volume service and Western cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef de Cuisine to lead and organize kitchen operations to high standards.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate inter-department communication.
• Direct, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service.
