Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Catering with 5+ years in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-level restaurant, plus strong leadership and hygiene discipline.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering and minimum 5 years’ kitchen experience.
• Experience across multiple cuisines or a specific cuisine.
• Leadership experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-star restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize kitchen operations.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation and stock management in your area.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to deliver highest service standards.
