Atlantis in Dubai is hiring a Sous Chef to support culinary leadership within Wavehouse, overseeing daily kitchen execution and food preparation standards in a high-volume environment. You will closely work with the Chef de Cuisine to maintain operational consistency and enforce hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within a five-star international hotel chain.
• At least 1 to 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or similar supervisory kitchen role.
• Strong leadership capability in fast-paced, multi-cuisine kitchen environments.
• Ability to manage kitchen teams under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Clear communication skills and structured operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing daily kitchen operations and service preparation.
• Supervise food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations in accordance with UAE guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering procedures, and kitchen inventory control.
