Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm is seeking a driven Sous Chef, Specialty to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, stock control and inter‑department coordination.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Catering or 5 years in a 5‑star international chain with 1–2 years in a similar role; experience with Western cuisine is a plus. A tax‑free AED salary and generous privileges are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5‑star international chain.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position or above.
• Experience in volume restaurants while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Enforce service and SOPs by directing and supervising staff.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and stock control in your area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Train staff to maintain consistency and quality.
